    7. Regarding the Delivery App 

    7.1. Introduction
    SkyBlue Delivery ("the App") is operated by SkyBlue Dews Water Trading LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when drivers use the App to manage water delivery routes in Dubai.

    7.2. Information We Collect
    We collect the following information to operate the App:

    Driver name, phone number, and employee ID (provided by your employer at login)
    Delivery route and stop data assigned by the operations team
    Photos captured via the device camera for proof-of-delivery and expense invoices
    Shift start and end times, delivery counts, and cash/POS collection amounts
    Expense amounts (fuel, repairs, etc.) submitted in the End of Route Report.

    7.3. How We Use Your Information
    Information collected is used solely for:

    Displaying your assigned delivery route and customer details
    Recording proof-of-delivery and end-of-route reports for operations
    Tracking delivery performance and route completion for your employer
    Sending WhatsApp arrival notifications to customers on your behalf

    7.4. Camera & Photos
    The App requests camera access to capture proof-of-delivery photos and expense invoice images. Photos are uploaded directly to the SkyBlue Dews secure server and are only accessible to authorised operations staff. Photos are not shared with any third party.

    7.5. Data Storage & Security
    All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored on SkyBlue Dews's private servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. Access to data is restricted to authorised company staff only.

    7.6. Data Retention
    Delivery records and shift reports are retained for a minimum of 12 months for operational and financial auditing purposes. Photos and expense records may be retained for up to 3 years for compliance purposes.

    7.7. Your Rights
    As a driver using the App, you may request access to your personal data or ask for corrections at any time by contacting your line manager or the address below.

    7.8. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be available within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
