1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

3.Market & Crisis Adjustments

In the event of natural disasters, war, or global crises affecting our supply chain costs, SkyBlue Dews reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of bottles included in your package to align with current supplier pricing.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the product information is complete or error-free.

6. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• All payments must be made in advance

8. Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times may vary based on factors outside our control.

Delivery Requirements:

• Kindly notify us in advance of any change in delivery location
• For buildings without a lift/elevator: delivery is limited to the 1st floor (maximum of 2 bottles per order)

9. Bottle Return Policy

Please ensure that all SkyBlue Dews-branded bottles are returned. A charge of 30 AED per bottle will apply for any missing or unreturned bottles.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
